NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the MEMBERS of the above company will be held on the 8^th day of May 2024 at 7.30pm.  The meeting will be held at The Shore, YM, Longhope and via Zoom.

Requests for the meeting link should be sent via email to office.iohdt@gmail.com by 6.00pm on Monday 6^th May 2024.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.  A proxy need not be a member of the Company.  If anyone wishes to stand as a Director, proposal forms are also available, please see links below.  Forms must be returned by 5.00pm on Monday 6^th May 2024, to liz.davidson.iohdt@gmail.com or to the office.
