Scapa Flow Visitor Centre and Museum

Relief Visitor Services Assistant (Ref: ORK00398)

Hours are offered on an as and when required basis

£8.70 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)

A shift allowance will be paid for unsocial hours worked where appropriate

We require a relief member of staff to join the custodial team at Scapa Flow Visitor Centre and Museum, Lyness.

Duties include site care and security, ground maintenance, dealing with visitors and shop sales.

Applicants should have a good knowledge of Orkney’s war time history. Experience in dealing with the public and of retail would be an advantage.

It is proposed that interviews will be held on week commencing 17 August 2015.
